Shaun and Dianna are the overall winners of the IFBB Mpumalanga Intermediate Bodybuilding Show held in Secunda
Emmerick also won the trophies for the best pose of the event and the best male athlete up to 90kg.
SECUNDA – Shaun Emmerick and Dianna Loock scooped up the trophies as overall winners of the IFBB Mpumalanga Intermediate Bodybuilding Show held at the Sasol Club in Secunda on Saturday, 14 July.
Emmerick also won the trophies for the best pose of the event and the best male athlete up to 90kg.
He gave an impressive solo performance that also included the Moonwalk.
Bonginkosi Mabunda came second and Sibusiso Nkosi third in the up to 90kg category.
Loock also won the categories for Fitness Bikini over 166cm and Masters Fitness Bikini over 35 years.
The Juniors U/23 up to 75kg category was won by Thabang Seete. Kutullo Maponya was second and Mduduzi Nhlapo came third.
Banelo Maluka won the Juniors U/23 over 75kg category. Siphesihle Xaba came second and Rakgowa Mahlodi third.
The women’s beach bikini up to 163cm category was won by Cheryldene Jonck, followed by Meghan Oelofse in second place and Shaney Wood in third place.
Jamie van der Walt won the beach bikini over 163cm category.
The men’s senior classic bodybuilding category was won by Patrick Mango. Vincent Makamu came second and Charles Mafafo third.
Denise Roux came first, Nadia Alberts second and Cecilia Rodjola third in the wellness fitness category, while Landie Coetzee is the body fitness winner.
The men’s athletic physique category was won by Ngcebo Mncwango, followed by Ernst Kruger in second place and Ephias Mkutchwa in third place.
Tebogo Rapau won the men’s bodybuilding up to 70kg category, with Vincent Makamu second and Siyathokoza Ndinisa third.
Chris Kai Pacule took the trophy in the men’s bodybuilding up to 80kg category. Mandla Maseko was second and Wian Venter third.
Bafana Mhlongo was the winner of the men’s bodybuilding over 90kg category.
Yvonne Phasha won the fitness bikini up 166cm category and teamed up with Charles Mafafu to win the mix couples trophy.
