Standerton Bowling Club invited businesses to enter a team or two to come and join them on 31 March for about six weeks.
The closing date for entries for the business league is 17 March and 14 teams can be accommodated.
Each team will consist of four players and one reserve.
Matches are scheduled to be played every Tuesday evening at 6pm, beginning play at 6.30pm.
“This is a great opportunity to sample what our bowls has to offer and have some fun, while networking among other like-minded business owners,” Elrina Greaves said.
The entry fee per team will be a once-off payment of R500 and payable on 24 March.
Prizes will be awarded for the first three places, as well as individual prizes during the league, with fun competitions such as delivering a bowl nearest to a certain marked place.
The club is able to provide training as well as the use of woods.
