Employees from across Sasol Mining’s operations gathered at the Kinross Sasol Club on October 17 for the company’s fourth Annual Sports and Wellness Day, celebrating health, teamwork and employee wellbeing.

Friendly rivalry and team spirit took centre stage when Sasol Mining employees gathered at the Kinross Sasol Club for the company’s fourth annual Sports and Wellness Day on October 17.

The event, arranged by the Sasol Mining Sports committee, brought together employees, their families, management, organised labour and wellness service providers for a day focused on building connections and encouraging healthier living.

Representatives from Impumelelo, Thubelisha, Syferfontein, Shondoni, Bosjesspruit, Sigma, Sasol Coal Supply, Central Workshop and the Destoning Plant participated in the event.

The day highlighted how sport can contribute to overall well-being, offering employees an opportunity to relieve stress, support their mental health and build stronger relationships with colleagues outside their usual work environment.
