Organisers postpone Cosmos 3-in-1 MTB Challenge

After President Cyril Ramaphosa’s address to citizens last night, the organisers of the Cosmos 3-in-1 MTB Challenge decided to postpone this race to a later date.
Ms Janika Smit, one of the organisers said: “It is with heavy hearts that we have to announce the postponement of the Cosmos 3-in-1 MTB Challenge following the South African cabinet’s press release on 15 March.
“The organisers of the race respect this decision and are bound by law to comply with the measures announced by the president to combat the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
“The event as planned on 28 March is therefore not going ahead.
“We will work with our key partners to find an alternative date for 2020.”
