Standerton Cricket Club plans an eight-side tournament

Standerton Cricket Club intends to have an eight-a-side cricket tournament at the Piet van den Berg-oval that will be open to all age groups.
Mr Gary van Aswegen, media liaison of the club, said at an earlier interview that more players are needed.

No-one can expect the boys to live up to the standards of Protea-legend Jacques Kallis, who was inducted into the international Cricket Council’s Hall of Fame, but it would be worthwhile to watch.
