Secunda Flying Club to host speed rally
Permission was granted to the SAPFA from the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) to continue with the Speed Rallies under the rules set by CAA and their Covid-19 restrictions and procedures.
SECUNDA – The Secunda Flying Club Speed Rally will take place this Saturday, 12 September.
This event is organised by the South African Power Flying Association (SAPFA) and will be hosted by the Secunda Flying Club.
Permission was granted to the SAPFA from the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) to continue with the Speed Rallies under the rules set by CAA and their
Covid-19 restrictions and procedures.
The following will apply:
• The rally will be limited to a one day event
• Entries and organisers are limited to 50 persons
• No spectators
• SAPFA will arrange NOTAMS and permissions for the event from SACAA
• Covid-19 restrictions will apply as determined by SACAA
• Govan Mbeki Municipality are not required for any monetary support
• Secunda Flying Club will comply to the safety rules as required for this event
This event is not open to spectators.
