André wins Graceland Open
Andre van Heerden, from Western Province, took the title of this years Graceland open with a score of 110.
SECUNDA – Despite cold, wet and windy conditions, ardent golfers took to the Graceland Country Club and Casino’s greens to compete for the Graceland Open Championship.
A total of 49 players competed in the tournament. They completed 27 holes due to tough weather.
André van Heerden, from Western Province took the title as this year’s Graceland Open champ with a score of 110.
Second place went to Vusi Zungu with a score of 113.
Scoring 114 and taking third place was Divan Swart followed by fourth place-winner Daniel Mathela with a score of 117.
Best nett of the day went to Patrick Thomo, followed by Phehelo Manka in second place.
Best morning field gross went to Ivan Mare. Innocent Dladhla took the best morning field nett.
Ru-Juan Lessingh scored the best afternoon field gross and James Nkonde the best afternoon field nett.
