Spring has sprung and Ermelo Phoenix Club is planning a walk and run
Get creative with your attire as a prize will also be given to the best dressed runner.
Want to see how the flowers bloom and the spring buds burst into life, then you should consider joining the Ermelo Phoenix Rotary Club this weekend, September 4.
The club is celebrating spring with a 4.9km walk or run.
The club invites residents to bring their children in push prams and dogs on leashes to join them in sprinting into spring.
Registrations will begin at 8:00 at Bottomless Blessings Coffee Roastery whereafter the race will start at 9:00.
The race will also finish at Bottomless Blessings Coffee Roastery.
Entries for children aged 5 to 12-years-old are R30 and adults will pay R50.
Tickets can also be purchased from Butr Deli, Bottomless Blessings Coffee Roastery and LMTEC prior to the event.

Once you’ve completed the 4.9km run/walk, enjoy a wors roll, prego roll or have some samoosas that are on offer afterwards.
