EVANDER – Golf players of Walker Park Golf Club excelled in the Champ of Champs Mpumalanga Golf competition that was held in August and two of them qualified to take part in the National Championship that will be held at the Kyalami Country Club in November.
They are Marius Kruger of Walker Park Golf Club who won the C division among the men and Deane Jansen of Walker Park Golf Club who won the A division among the women.
The other winners of Mpumalanga are Gary Daniel from Ermelo who won the A division among the men, Chris Coetzee of Kambaku who won the B division among the men, Patricia Lombard from Standerton who won the B division among the women and Marelize du Plessis from Arnot who won the C division among the women.
