Sasol cricketers clinch another win

Player of the match went to Mark Joseph with his fantastic 100 and also taking 2 wickets.

After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Sasol 3 Kinross beat Piet Retief CC1 by 199 runs in an away match on Saturday, November 6.

Sasol 3 Kinross had a total of 284/9 in 40 overs.

Mark Joseph top scored with 105 off 58 balls. He was bowled by Angelo Dames and caught by Calvin Pretorius.

Bongani Mhlanga scored 31 off 41 balls and was bowled out by Arno Grobler.

Hamilton Lupuwana was out for a hit wicket after scoring 28 runs off 39 balls.

Piet Retief CC 1 replied with a low 85 runs for 10 wickets in 19.3 overs.

Highest scorer for Piet Retief CC 1, Muhammed Malek, went out an LBW from the bowling of Mark Joseph.

Malek scored 15 runs off 32 balls.

The Player of the Match reward went to Mark Joseph with his fantastic 100 and also taking twowickets.

Sasol 2 Bulldogs played against eMbalenhle in a match that was held at the Sasol Recreational Club on Sunday, November 7.

eMba won the toss and opted to bowl first.

Sasol 2 Bulldogs beat eMba with 156 runs.

They scored 276/10 in 50 overs.

Pieter Vrolijk was named the Player of the Match after he scored 132 runs off 121 balls.

Vrolijk left the field after a LBW by eMba bowler, Johan Molefe.

Mohamed Ebrahim scored the highest runs for eMba. He was bowled out by Stuart Campbell after scoring 42 runs off 70 balls.

Emba scored a total of 120/9 after 27 overs. Stuart Campbell took five wickets.
