In the category of men above 40 years in the 42.2km, Graham Malinga of Eskom Marathon Club was the first man to cross the finish line in 02:36;50 and Lovers Hlatshwayo of Nedbank Marathon Club finished second in 02:38;11.
Sipho Dlamini was the first man in the category of men above 50 years in 02:58;41 and Lucas Mahlangu of Eskom Marathon Club finished second in 03:03;11.
In the category for men of 60 years and older, Julian Karp of Queensburgh Harries Marathon Club won in 04:22;08.
Eunice Nhlapho of Eskom Marathon Club won the women’s open category in the 42.2km race in 03:03;04.
Lucia Nonoko of Qhubeka Marathon Club finished second in 03:28;30.
Nhlapho was also the first woman in the category for women of 40 years and older and Sonia van der Merwe of Kempton Park Marathon Club finished second in this category in 03:41;32.
In the category for women of 50 years and older, Disebo Thebapelo of Qhubeka Marathon Club won in 04:04;37 and Lindiwe Shube of Nelspruit Marathon Club finished second in 04:07;26.
Connie Blom of Run Aviation Marathon Club was the winner in the category for women of 60 years and older and her time was 04:37;01.
Moses Mahlangu of NAA Marathon Club won the open category for men in the 21.1km in 01:07;54 while Packaon Banda of Madiba Athletics Club finished second in 01:11;10.
Komane was the winner of the junior category while Samuel Grobler of TL Club finished second in 01:26;23.
In the category for men of 40 years and older in the 21.2km, Jan Nkabinde of NAA Marathon Club finished first in 01:18;27 and Kevin Poobich of Boksburg Marathon Club finished second in 01:29;23.
Kobus Roets of Secunda Marathon Club won the category for men of 50 years and older in 01:26;10 and Simeon Nkosi of Eskom Marathon Club finished second in 01:27;07.
Paul Grobler of Secunda Marathon Club won the category for men of 60 years and older in 01:58;25.
Melisa janse van Vuuren won the open category for women of the 21.2km race in 01:26;05 and Melinda Jansen van Vuuren finished second in 01:30;09.
Peo was the winner in the category for women of 40 years and older and Gift Ramabele finished second in 01:44;33.
Marie Harmse and Meintjie Jansen, both of Secunda Marathon Club, respectively finished first and second in the category for women of 50 years and older.

Andries Seseoli of Colossus Marathon Club won the open category of the 10km race in 30 min 45 sec while Katleho Molooi of Phantang Marathon Club finished second in 30 min 52 sec.
Hope Matshiya of NAA Marathon Club won the junior category of the 10km race in 34 min 55 sec while Admon Sikhosana of Ikhaya Marathon Club finished second in 35 min 57 sec.
Sibusiso Ndhlala of Anglo Marathon Club won the category for men of 40 years and older in 37 min 46 sec and Simon Sibisi of SAPS Marathon Club finished second in 40 min 24 sec.
Nel Mtsweni of Ikhaya Marathon Club won the category for men of 50 years and older in 39 min 47 sec and Linda Mqabi of Sasol Marathon Club finished second in 51 min 18 sec.
Absalon Radebe of Gallopers Marathon Club won the category for men of 60 years and older in 48 min 25 sec and Johan Coetzee of Secunda Marathon Club was the fastest walker among the men and finished the 10km in 01:07;55.
Estie Lombard of NWU Marathon Club won the open category for women in the 10km in 40 min 55 sec while Lo-Ann Smit of Secunda Marathon Club finished second in 43 min 02 sec.
Nomfundo Dlamini of Correctional Services won the junior category in 01:24;57 and Raven Mathews of Secunda Marathon Club won the category for women of 40 years and older in 01:13;10.
Beauty Kubheka of Sasol Marathon Club won the category for women of 60 years and older in 01:00;04 and Fia Cotzee of Secunda Marathon Club was the fastest walker in the 10km race and finished the race in 01:12;25.
