Sasol 1 takes Gert Sibande league
This concludes the Gert Sibande 50 overs with Sasol 1 winning the league and Sasol 2 ending in second place and Standerton ending third.
A young Sasol 2 Bulldogs played against Ermelo Warriors at the Sasol Recreational Club on Saturday, February 26.
Sasol 2 managed to score 174 all out of which Marco du Toit made 51 runs.
Ermelo managed to win the match with four wickets.
Sasol 1 Secunda played against Standerton on Sunday, February 27, also at the Sasol Recreational Club.
The match was interrupted with rain and lightning and the overs were reduced to 40 overs aside.
Sasol 1 scored 229/8 in their 40 Overs with Captain Colin van Staden scoring 52 runs.
Sasol managed to restrict Standerton to 161 all out. Nicus Boshoff took three wickets.

Sasol 3 Kinross won the Gert Sibande Promotion League.
Sasol 1 will now play Nelspruit in the Mpumalanga T20 Final on March 12, at Sasol Recreational Club.
The Mpumalanga Premier League 50 Over and Promotion 40 over playoff dates are yet to be confirmed.
