Juniors from Standerton excel in soccer
Sipho Mazibuko was the top goal scorer in the U/13-category and Ntando Makhubu in the U/15-category.
Bafana Dlamini and Mshini Nhlapo, founders of the ‘Siphakamis’ Kasi’, freely translated as uplifting the township, organised soccer matches on Wednesday, March 30.
Boys in the age groups U/13 and U/15 competed at the Basement Grounds, Sakhile and two players excelled.
Sipho Mazibuko was the top goal scorer in the U/13-category, scoring seven goals and Ntando Makhubu in the U/15-category, scoring three goals.
They were announced as players of the tournament.
The champion in the first category was Real Bezard and Peace Lovers in the second place.
