Delmas golf 2025 league season kicks off on a high note

The Delmas Golf Club began their 2025 league journey on January 25.

The men competed on home ground against the team of Walker Park from Evander.

Delmas lost the match and according to the club captain, Adriaan Benadie, they lost all matches at the last hole.

The women’s team competed in Kriel. Dilien Kruger and Melissa Venter ended 14th out of the 23 better ball pairs.

The club is looking forward to their next event when the club captain, Adriaan Benadie, will play against the club president, Ivan Kirsten.

This will take place on March 1 and promises to be a day of exciting golf.

Other future golf events are Hoërskool Delmas Golf Day on March 7 and the club championship on March 15 and 16.
