Join Highveld Ridge SPCA for gala evening at Graceland
Join the local SPCA at a food and and wine paring at Graceland to raise funds
HIGHVELD – The Highveld Ridge SPCA in conjunction with Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club, Heritage Properties, Teks Decor and Event Management and Schalk Burger and Sons Welbedacht Wines invite lovers of good food and wine to a gala evening on 11 March.
According to Ms Vania Brand, fundraising liaison of the Highveld Ridge SPCA, the society needs the community’s help to be able to continue their work.
“The SPCA is a non-profit organisation that works hard to prevent cruelty against animals, as well as promote the welfare of all animals.
“The SPCA is completely dependent on the community as they receive no government funding.”
Ms Brand is excited about the food and wine paring.
“The formal gala event will be held at Graceland and we are working with their new chef to create the perfect menu to go with our wine.
“This is a chance for companies to treat staff or loyal customers, or for a group of friends to dress up and spend an elegant evening together with delicious food and exquisite wine.”
The host for the evening will be well known and much loved local artist and personality, Dieter Uken, who will be joined by other local talents.
There will also be a few entertainment surprises during the night.
Tickets for this event cost R400 per person or you can book a table of 10 for R3 500.
