Shocking Photos: One dead in Wilgerood horror accident

An elderly man passed away in an accident involving three vehicles on Wilgerood Road on Friday at around 7pm.

At this stage it is uncertain what the cause of the accident was, but bystanders said a vehicle was attempting to make a U-turn when a Audi TT, traveling towards Krugersdorp swerved to avoid the vehicle and crashed into another vehicle in the opposite lane.

The driver in the sport motor seemed to have suffered moderate injuries but three other passengers were taken to hospital in a serious condition.
