Invitation to register for possible employment

Residents are urged to submit their curriculum vitae’s for an employment opportunity

 

Ward 84 councillor, Gert Niemand, is urging permanent residents of Ward 84 to submit their CVs in order to be considered for an employment opportunity in Roodepoort.

The CVs will be evaluated for the JOSHCO New Social Housing Development Erf 2105 Project in the Roodepoort CBD. All CVs should be submitted at the Site Office, on the corner of Nefdt and Lambert Streets, Roodepoort, between 8am and 4pm on weekdays.

A comprehensive Curriculum Vitae must be accompanied by the following requirements;

– A certified copy of the applicants SA ID (green barcoded booklet or smart card version)

– A certified proof of address not older than three months

– Certified copies of certificates or qualifications, if available

– A list of at least three contactable references

Applicants must note the following;

– Submission of a Curriculum Vitae does not imply automatic employment.

– All CVs will subject to screening and competency or medical assessment.

– Preference shall be given to applicants permanently based in Ward 84.

– Applicants are requested to indicate the trades they are interested on upon submission of their CVs.

– No CVs will accepted after the closing date, which is Friday, 31 May at 4pm.
