The City of Johannesburg invites all residents, ratepayers, stakeholders and interested parties to comment on the draft Credit Control and Debt Collection Policy.
This Policy was compiled in accordance with the comments received during the first round of public participation meetings held at the beginning of this year.
Residents have another opportunity to comment until the close of business on Friday, 16 August, using the email address CreditControlPolicy@joburg.org.za.
