Planned maintenance scheduled for Peter Road Substation

Areas being fed from the Peter Road Substation will be without power on Sunday, 16 February.

Residents are reminded of a planned power interruption that will be affecting several areas who receive their power from the Peter Road Substation.

The interruption is scheduled for Sunday, 16 February in order for City Power to conduct scheduled maintenance on the Substation. The outage will be in effect from 6am until 2pm on the Sunday, but residents are urged to their power supply points as live at all times as the electricity could be restored before schedule.

City Power would also like to notify residents that this planned interruption is subject to cancellation, should load shedding be announced on the same day.

• Poortview
• Honeypark
• Willowbrook
• Wilgespruit
• Ruimsig
• Amorosa
• Tres Jolie
• Honeydew Manor
• Little Falls
• Strubensvalley
• Ambot Agricultural Holdings
• Alsef Agricultural Holdings
• Kimbult Agricultural Holdings
• Aanswins Agricultural Holdings
