Entrepreneurs learn the art of working smart

The next Entrepreneurs Workshop webinar is on 2 October

Hirsch’s Entrepreneurs Workshop entitled ‘Work Smart’ featured guest speakers such as Nolitha Nkosi Tshabalala and Nic Nortje. Nic is an Aldes Prestige Business Broker.

Nolitha Nkosi-Tshabalala is the CEO and founder of Nolitha TS, a Waste and dangerous goods transport service provider offering quality, efficient, effective and affordable transport solutions to waste management companies, municipalities and corporate companies in South Africa.

Nolitha TS was born out of Nolitha’s passion for driving big vehicles, therefore trucks were a natural business for Nolitha as she has been driving buses from the age of 17.

The sheer size and the immense power trucks have on the road inspired Nolitha to thrive in the male-dominated transport industry.

She is the first black female transport services provider to work with EnviroServ to transport their waste both in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.

Nolitha is passionate about entrepreneurship and women empowerment. Through a number of initiatives she encourages women to thrive in business, especially in male-dominated industries.

She also talks at entrepreneurship conferences and seminars, sharing her entrepreneurship journey.

Her flagship theme is ‘How to penetrate a man’s world’, which is also the theme of her blog.

The former Nedbank employee was named the 2018 National Rising Star Champion during the National South African Small Business Awards where Nolitha TS also received the Top 20 Award.

The next Entrepreneurs Workshop webinar is on 2 October and will feature special guests Daniyel Berry from Style Me Image Consulting, and Newton Cross from The South African Butler Academy.
