Weltevreden Park learner has all the ingredients to help childhood cancer
According to Dariana, each box yields close to 35 biscuits and costs R200 per box.
Twelve-year-old Dariana Naidoo is no stranger to charitable initiatives and doing good work for the benefit of childhood cancer awareness.
The Weltevreden Park Primary School Grade 6 learner is a volunteer at Rainbows and Smiles, kids supporting kids through the Festive Baking Box.
According to Dariana, each box yields close to 35 biscuits and costs R200 per box. All the contributions will help feed a family this festive season.

Her target is to sell 50 boxes with the aim to donate R10 000 to Rainbows and Smiles as the year has been challenging to the most vulnerable.
“Rainbows and Smiles therefore suggest you grab the kids and start the festivities early by baking some pretty ‘Christmasy’ cookies, fun being the main ingredient. Your support means the world to us and the children we support,” said Dariana’s mother, Tracy Naidoo.
Members of the public are encouraged to get their hands on some Festive Boxes by contacting Tracy on 084 686 0686.
Rainbow and Smiles is a community-based charitable foundation dedicated to providing emotional, social and financial support to children diagnosed with cancer or a life-threatening illness, and their families and caregivers.
