Black Friday has come early
Technically Black Friday is on 27 November but arguably one can safely say it is less of a single shopping day and more of a mentality.
With Honeydew-based Econo Foods already kicking off their early Black Friday sale, it is likely that customers will see the first discounts worth considering as they will be offering some of their favourites and best-sellers.

According to Store Manager, Turtuis Gerber, the retail industry felt the effects of Covid-19 more than most – physical stores closed as lockdown forced shoppers to stay away, and millions of retail workers were unable to do their jobs from home.

“However, I am relieved and happy that we are able to present a three-week Black Friday special from 20 November to 5 December, with in-store tasters of our favourite and best sellers available,” said Turtuis.
From chicken strips to BBQ ribs, Econo Foods specialises in frozen and chilled foods of all kinds.
They have been in business for 25 years and in that time has become the favourite destination of thousands of families and food services distribution clients in six provinces, with 19 stores and eight distribution centres.
