Witpoortjie man’s motorbike stolen out of the yard while away on holiday
"On the cameras, they picked up that when the guys came through the yard it was around 2.30am"

A weekend away is meant to be a relaxation and an opportunity to unplug from the stresses of the workweek.
A Witpoortjie man had his brief vacation interrupted when a neighbour alerted him to a theft of a valuable item out of his backyard.
Louis Toerien got the call at roughly 5am on Saturday, 23 January, finding out that his white TVS Apache 180cc motorcycle had been stolen from his property located in the vicinity of Main Reef Road and General Pienaar Avenue.
Louis rushed back from his weekend away where he met with police in hope of locating the two-wheeled machine that he had parked outside his back door. “The camera picked up that when the guys came through the yard it was around 2.30am,” claimed Louis.
Should anyone have information on the location of Louis’s white motorbike they are asked to call Roodepoort police on 011 279 6400 or Louis on 073 481 4036.
