[WATCH] Make your own Grinch ornament
Get in the spirit by making your own Grinch tree ornament.
Whether you are the Grinch in your family or it happens to be one of your favourite movies, the Dr Seuss character can now be a part of your Christmas celebrations. Why decorate with store-bought Christmas tree ornaments when you can make your own and truly ‘steal’ Christmas.
The Grinch is a popular character who famously hates Christmas and the festive season, but the movies are festive staples for the entire family. Get in the spirit by making your own Grinch tree ornament that will get every family member involved and busy.
You will need:
- Clear tree ornament
- Green feathers
- Red felt heart or cut one out from red paper
- Black and yellow or gold acrylic paint pens
- Scissors
- Glue
First, sketch the Grinch’s face on the clear ornament using paint pens and allow to dry completely. Fill the ornament with green feathers (you can use one or as many as you want) and leave tips exposed on top for the hair. On the back of the ornament, glue the red heart.
Once the ornaments are done, hang them up on the tree and see which one truly steals Christmas.
