Since the last municipal elections were held in November last year, Ward 85 residents have come to know their new ward councillor, Zoné Niemand.
However, residents are to take note that as of Saturday, March 12, Councillor Niemand is no more.
On that day the devoted ward councillor tied the knot with the love of her life, Kobie Hughes. Please allow the Record to introduce the now Councillor Zoné Hughes.
