Holistic Haven opens wellness centre in Ontdekkers Park

The new centre offers wellness assessments, lifestyle coaching and natural supplements to support clients’ wellbeing.

Holistic wellness services, natural supplements and non-invasive technologies are gaining attention as people become more proactive about their physical and emotional wellbeing.

According to Matshidiso Fanikiso, owner of Holistic Haven Wellness Centre, which recently opened on Ontdekkers Road, people are taking their health more seriously than in the past.

“People around the world are much more proactive when it comes to their physical and mental wellbeing,” she said, adding that South Africa is no exception.

“They no longer wait until they are unwell and then go see a doctor.

“They actively take steps to monitor their health and to keep themselves healthy.”

Holistic Haven officially launched on October 5, offering a range of services aimed at supporting wellbeing and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

“Our services encompass a range of advanced technological solutions and natural wellness supplements,” Fanikiso said.

“We help our customers restore balance and improve vitality by implementing a proactive approach to their long-term wellbeing.

“Our technology-powered wellness assessments provide personalised reports that offer insights into the body’s wellness patterns, helping clients better understand areas that may require attention.

“Our goal is simple: Help you understand your body, prioritise your wellbeing and take action before feeling unwell becomes the norm.”

The centre also offers natural nutritional supplements, herbal remedies and oxygenated water therapy, which it says can support hydration, energy and vitality, as well as detoxification and cleansing.

“We offer a wide range of additional services, which includes one-on-one wellness consultations, lifestyle improvement coaching, preventative wellness planning, and natural wellness education.

“We invite anyone who is serious about maintaining and restoring their health and vitality, to pay us a visit.”

Holistic Haven is situated at 351 Ontdekkers Road, Ontdekkers Park.
