Residents invited to Pierre Road bridge upgrade meeting
Residents are encouraged to attend to have their say at tonight's meeting.
Residents of Ward 97 are encouraged to attend a public meeting scheduled for today, February 19, where the Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) will introduce the Pierre Road bridge upgrade project.
The meeting invite has been shared by ward councillor Jacques Hoon and it will take place at the Phelindaba Chamber on the first floor of the Roodepoort Civic Centre,100 Christiaan de Wet Road, Florida at 18:00. The agenda includes an opening and welcome address, followed by a presentation on the JRA’s plans for upgrading the Pierre Road bridge culverts.
This will be an opportunity for residents to learn about the scope of work, expected timelines, and potential impacts of the project. A question-and-answer session will allow attendees to raise concerns or seek further clarification. The meeting will conclude with announcements and a closing statement.
