Locals enjoy a night out at spa launch

Vivari, a Sanskrit word that loosely translates as "uncovered," is Africa's first hotel and spa, as well as an aesthetic clinic and state-of-the-art hospital accredited by the Department of Health and focusing on cosmetic surgery.

On Friday, October 14, members of the Roodepoort community gathered to celebrate the official launch of Vivari Hotel and Spa.

Socialites from all over Gauteng came dressed to impress as they toured the Hotel and Spa’s various facilities. Vivari boasts cutting-edge surgical and wellness suites, restaurants, and recreational areas. The Vivari Hotel and Spa by Mantis has opened its doors to guests in Featherbrooke.

Ami White welcomed everyone with a glass of Champagne.

The hotel and its day hospital, the brainchild of Dr. Anushka Reddy, a respected and award-winning female doctor in the specialty of aesthetic medicine, aim to put South Africa on the map as an international destination of choice for discerning patients seeking privacy for their medical procedures.
