Roodepark shows their appreciation

Everyone present received a special welcome and word of thanks from event organiser, Analise Laas.

Giving up one’s time or resources in service of others is one of the noblest pursuits we can aspire to. Sometimes the words ‘thank you’ simply isn’t enough.

In efforts of expressing their gratitude, Roodepark School invited all entities who showed their support in the past year to a special ‘Friends of Roodepark’ event.

The event was held on Thursday, November 3 at the school’s market restaurant. Everyone present received a special welcome and word of thanks from event organiser, Analise Laas.

After each guest was individually acknowledged and introduced, they were given an opportunity to mix and mingle.

“We are so grateful for these guests’ goodwill and we truly appreciate everything they are doing for us. We will never be able to truly express our gratitude, but we can start with an event like this. We would thus like to thank everyone who took time out of their busy schedule to come and pay us a visit,” Laas said.

They were then treated to a scrumptious light meal and accompanying beverages. Laas thus hopes to continue building relationships with each representative and look forward to working with them in future.
