The King’s School West Rand welcomes new teachers to the West Rand family.
Amoré Kwant will be teaching Grade 6 and 7 Afrikaans. “I love being outdoors my hobbies include running and anything adventurous. I love building meaningful relationships with my learners. Getting to know them and inspiring them to be the best version of themselves. Making them feel valued.”
Aubrey Kubayi will be teaching Grade 8 and 9 History and also Grade 8 Afrikaans. He enjoys playing sports or physical activities. He enjoys conversations and the vibe they give.
Philip Theron will be teaching Grade 10 to 12 CAT. “I love gardening and searching for a little white ball on a golf course. It’s a great privilege to have influence in someone’s life. For me, teaching provides me with the opportunity to speak into their personal, spiritual and academic lives.”
Sean Steyn will teach Grade 8 to 12 History. He loves reading and training Karate. “I love going through a topic of history that the learners thought was boring but see their faces when they start to enjoy the subject and content!”
