The Roodepark team: Gomolemo Kerileng, Luan Richter, Neo Siwela, Siyanda Sithole, Tian Ferreira, Morné Opperman, René van der Merwe, Rethabile Sefika, Lerato Radebe, Monique Prins, L’Dean Cronje, Justina Hope, Macqzeen Oktober, Mase Nxumalo, Delshaan Vassen and Siyabonga Dube.

Inter Athletics for Learners with Special Educational Needs schools (LSEN) was held at Ruimsig Stadium on Wednesday, February 22. Pro-Practicum School hosted the event, and it was an exciting day of athletics.

Roodepark Schools’ athletics team participated in the inter-athletics tournament in the following events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, shot put, javelin, discus, high jump, and long jump.

A total of 121 athletes participated in the tournament and received 80 gold medals, 53 silver medals, and 42 bronze medals.
