Woman in community finalist, Georgina Caetano

Just In Time Baby Sanctuary’s founder Georgina Caetano was one of the Women in Community finalists for the Women of Stature Awards 2023.

Georgina is the founder of Just In Time Baby Sanctuary, which aimed at helping abandoned infants and abused children. They aim to provide these children with a safe place, either temporary or permanent until they are reunited with their families or find a permanent home.

Currently, there are nine children in their care, ranging from the ages of one month to seven years. The non-profit organisation offers these children schooling, medical care, mental care, dental care, love, and nurturing.

The Sanctuary is looking for any organisation willing to sponsor extramural activities such as dancing, gymnastics, soccer, and extra maths. The organisation also asks for any person willing to donate clothing that is in good condition to the Sanctuary, for the children to wear and pass along. Their dream is to have a larger vehicle, which can seat nine people, for them to take all their children out at the same time.
