Florida Library to have extended hours during exam period

The City of Johannesburg Libraries have shared a notice stating that the library hours on Saturdays and Sundays will be extended during exam times.

According to Maryna Moolman, this comes in an attempt to help learners and students prepare for examinations, thus the City of Johannesburg will open eight libraries from Saturday, May 27 to Sunday, June 18 between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00 on Saturdays, and 09:00 – 16:00 on Sundays.

The library in the Roodepoort area which will be open for study purposes and reference services, is the Florida Library, on the corner of Church Street and 3rd Avenue.
