Ogle Foundations call to help feed the homeless this Christmas

Ogle Foundations launches its annual Christmas feeding programme and calls on the community to donate anything they might have to make this year memorable.

As the Christmas season approaches and while some have all they need to make this season feel warm, others lack basic needs such as a warm plate of food.

Patty Ogle, founder of the Ogle Foundation, holds an annual Christmas feeding programme which aims to provide a warm and hearty meal to those in need and calls on the community to assist with donations.

“We would like to request kind support for our annual feeding programme as this is the season to cherish tradition and spread joy and goodwill,” Patty said.

The feeding programme takes place the week before Christmas at Brown Park, corner of 4th Street and Paul Kruger Road.

Any donations, such as food supplies, non-perishables, toys, pre-loved clothing, male clothing volunteers and/or monetary donations are needed to make this day a memorable event.
