Charity drive at Fleurhof Lifestyle Estate

Numerous community members and sponsors gathered at a community outreach to give back to their community.

Numerous sponsors gathered for a charity drive at the Lifestyle Estate.

Destitute residents explained about three to four years ago they were placed at the estate from other areas, including Riverlea, Eldorado Park, Noordgesig Westbury, and Davidsonville to name a few.

Many sponsors came out to support the community of Fleurhof.

On February 10, various organisations, including Egoli Food Basket, Millions of Meals, Breaking the Chains, Team Hope SA, and The Serve to Grow Foundation gathered at the estate to distribute clothes, meals, and other goodies to these residents and their families. There was also a drug awareness talk and mental health discussions

Gavin Huber, one of the sponsors, noted they all work together as this way they can spread hope further.
