FullFlame takes to the streets
FullFlame Life Church brings new life to Ruimsig through its cleanup and revitalisation projects.
The FullFlame Life Church took to the streets again on Saturday, August 3, spreading joy and cheer and cleaning up as they went along.
According to church community outreach co-ordinator Thato Phiri, it was a productive morning for the gathered congregation as they cleaned up the major intersection on Peter Road and Kuilstok Avenue.

“We picked up bags of litter and even gave the local bus stop a fresh coat of bright green paint. Our teams also tackled illegal graffiti that sours the aesthetic of our neighbourhood.

“Together with the evangelism outreach team, we saw many lives saved and forever changed. We are so proud of our young people from YC Children’s Church who added their energy and video to the day.”

Phiri adds that members were very grateful to those who kept the team fed and hydrated and also extended thanks to the Johannesburg Metro Police Department for keeping them safe during their operation.
“It is a privilege for us to be able to make a difference in our community,” he concludes.
