Attend a yoga class, and help animals in need

Animal centres to benefit from an upcoming yoga class.

Yoga instructor Sara Loots is inviting yoga enthusiasts and general animal lovers to join her in collecting animal food for a shelter and organisation in need.

Sara, who conducts yoga sessions at Ngwenya Glass Village in Muldersdrift, will be conducting a unique class on Sunday, 30 September, and has requested attendees to bring a bag of animal food in lieu of an entry fee. These donations will go to the Ark Animal Shelter and Swiss White Shepherd Rescue SA, which are organisations that care for animals.

The session will start at 9am and finish at noon. Attendees will be required to bring their own yoga mats and a donation of dog or cat food.

“Bring your fur kids, human kids, friends and family along for a fun day,” Sara encouraged.
