“It is always a humbling experience when you win, especially when you have been on the other side of the coin. There is so much that happens behind the scenes to ensure success, the committee, grounds staff, supporters and of course your teammates. When all these things are in the sink, it’s hard not to do well. We play as a team, we support each other, and always believe that we have a chance. Tenacity is one of our strengths, we never give up and will always fight to the end,” concluded Ian.
