Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra (JPO)

The orchestra focuses on symphonic works, covering classical and South African music genres, and also regularly collaborates on productions with the SA Ballet Theatre and Opera Africa.

For this six-week season the focus is on Liszt, Dvořák, Borodin, Shostakovich, Tchaikovsky, Strauss, Rachmaninov, Mozart, Mendelssohn and Beethoven.
