MICHAEL CASSIDY (Founder of African Enterprise)

Michael is one of the most widely respected Christians to have come out of South Africa. Since 1962, when he founded African Enterprise, he has been ceaselessly involved in the work of evangelism, teaching, leadership and reconciliation in Africa and throughout the world. This has brought him into vital contact with students, believers and non-believers, business leaders and professionals, politicians and church leaders across the denominations.

His involvement and ministry in South Africa prior to and during the build up to the first democratic elections in 1994 was significant. Through public and private meetings, prayer initiatives and behind-the-scene endeavours he influenced the thoughts, attitudes and actions of numbers of key people. His programme of reconciliation between political leaders in government and the ANC produced remarkable results.

Michael is one of the few people with the integrity, experience and insight to be able to talk on the Church for which Jesus prayed. It has come through many years of prayer and active front-line ministry recognised across the denominations. We need to hear what he has to say.
