“STAND UP” takes the Pistorius out of everything South African, whilst simultaneously giving ourselves and the world a deep, full-cavity medical check-up.

Nik says his latest offering is “about so many things: like the time I went to Canada and saw a moose eating flowers in a Shoprite. And the time I watched Boer Soek ‘n Vrou on Kyknet. And the other time I went to Israel to play cricket to bring about world peace (hashtag fail).”

There’s a whole lot more, of course, featuring some of our favourite characters like Oscar, Julius and Jacob, and of course, new celebrity power-couple Mamphelen.
