Even the most avid rugby and hockey fans had their fill at the 16th annual Kes Easter Festival.
It was a weekend full of triumphs and heartbreaks, as 36 teams from across the country played for glory at King Edward VII School, Houghton.
But as a whopping 84 matches kept many eyes on the fields and astroturf, a beer garden and numerous food stalls also ensured fans, friends and family could enjoy themselves in-between games.
