From a cohort of 70 girls, a total of 255 distinctions were earned, averaging 3.6 distinctions per candidate.
Special honours were given to Falak Khan (eight distinctions) who ranked in the overall top five percent of IEB matriculants in six or more subjects, and to Alexa Clark (eight distinctions) who ranked in the overall top five percent of IEB matriculants in five or more subjects.
A further nine Roedean Girls were ranked in the top one percent of IEB matriculants in various subjects.
In addition to the nine high achievers listed in the gallery who have achieved eight distinctions each, the school also acknowledges the following pupils on their exceptional results.
Seven distinctions (seven pupils) were achieved by Anissa Davel, Jaylin de Klerk, Alexandra Hoffman, Joan Hofmeyr, Wilmien Janse van Rensburg, Nina Lang and Kajal Morar.
Six distinctions (two pupils) were achieved by Phiola Kayumba and Isabella Lagrange.
Five distinctions (eight pupils) were achieved by Isabella Briar, Susan Cossa, Raisah Mahomed, Pontsho Morapeli, Lameez Nazeer, Megan Quan, Tshiamo Ramano and Nompilo Sibisi.
Headmistress Mary Williams congratulated the pupils on their exceptional results and indicated that they were a testament to the pupils’ diligence and willingness to learn.
