UJW hosts co-authors to inspire working moms
JOBURG - The Union of Jewish Women treats working moms to an inspiring and informative talk.
The Union of Jewish Women (UJW) hosted co-authors Nadia Bilchick and Lori Milner at a life-changing event on 8 March.
Audience members listened intently as the two women discussed in great, and amusing detail about their book Own Your Space.
Among many fascinating issues raised during the event were issues of how to be a working mom and still be successful at both tasks, all the while remembering how to own your space.
Attendees were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to interact with Bilchick and Milner, and in the process learn the secrets of how to develop themselves.
There was unanimous agreement as to how enjoyable the evening was and the guests could not wait to have the chance to read and reflect further on the book.
Proceeds from this event went to the various projects of UJW Johannesburg, which serves, aids and assists both the Jewish and broader communities.
