PARKTOWN - 16 people have been left injured after a taxi overturned on Empire Road earlier this afternoon.
Sixteen people have been injured in a taxi accident this afternoon in Parktown.
According to a tweet by Netcare911, the taxi overturned on the corner of Empire road and Jan Smuts Avenue in Parktown.
According to reports, the taxi collided with another vehicle. It is believed that the crash victims suffered minor to moderate injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals for further medical treatment.
