According to a post on the eBlockwatch Facebook page, two women were hijacked by three men who were occupants of a white vehicle on 8th Street in Parkhurst on the night of 5 June.
The armed perpetrators allegedly approached the women’s vehicle, a silver Audi, in a driveway. One woman managed to escape from the vehicle but the hijackers drove off with the other occupant.
Apparently the woman has since been found by the police.
The Rosebank Killarney Gazette has been in contact with Parkview police to obtain further information about the incident.
