One person sustained minor injuries after two vehicles collided on the corners of Louis Botha and Osbourne, in Orange Grove.
According to Emer-G-Med spokesperson, Max Cohen, It was reported by witnesses that the Porsche was directed by the pointsman to cross the intersection, when a taxi failed to stop and collided with the Porsche. The taxi then fled the scene.
“[Metro police] were on-scene to investigate a case of reckless and negligent driving, as well as hit and run,” he said.
