SA must rise, says St Columba’s Presbyterian Church

PARKVIEW – St Columba's Presbyterian Church stands with the community in solidarity.

 

The St Columba’s Presbyterian Church in Johannesburg recently invited members of the community to participate in an expression of solidarity – SA Must Rise.

More than 1 000 local residents gathered at the church and marched with placards, chanting as they walked the 5km surrounds of Parkview.

“Not only was it an expression of their concerns for South Africa, it demonstrated that a community can stand together and march as one for a common cause,” said community member, Bridget von Holdt.
