
According to online reports, Johann Botha, presenter of the popular wildlife show 50/50 was killed during a robbery in Maboneng.
Reports say the presenter of the SABC 2 show was shot and killed last night at about 7.30pm along with the owner of the Zebra Inn when the bar was robbed.
Attempts to contact Zebra Inn for comment were unsuccessful by the time of publication.
Spokesperson for Gauteng Provincial Police, Kay Makhubela confirmed that there were four suspects – three male and one female. The suspects remain at large.
