Thembalani Care Centre would like to donate

LOMBARDY EAST – Thembalani Care Centre would like to hand over excess fabric to any sewing enthusiasts.

A sizable amount of sewing material was left over after the Thembalami Care Centre’s Sewathon, which was held on 30 September.

Spokesperson for the centre, Cathy Grosvenor said, “The care centre held its Sewathon recently and managed to make 60 sheets and 40 pillowcases thanks to a group of volunteers. However, there are still many more to be made up.”

Volunteers are able to take the material home and sew at their leisure. “Those wanting to come to the centre to assist with the sewing are asked to please contact Elize Raath.”
